Graduate Success Highlight: Gabriel Kwesi Yeboah, Master of Business Analytics

Gabriel Kwesi Yeboah’s academic path is shaped by his commitment to leadership, research and personal growth. As a master's student in business analytics at SFBU, graduating in May 2026, he has combined academic rigor with leadership roles, including serving as president of the Research and Publications Club. “Taking on this role at SFBU has allowed me to support my peers and push my own boundaries,” Yeboah said.

Yeboah’s adaptability has been a key factor in his success. Despite not knowing the language, he previously worked toward another master’s degree in Italy, noting, “I learned that I thrive in challenging environments. I was able to study and excel because I stayed focused and embraced the challenge.”

Looking to the future, Yeboah is focused on continuing his academic career. “I am currently pursuing a Ph.D., which I will complete in Italy. I’m interested in expanding my research into public administration, engineering administration and economics,” he said. “Teaching is also a path I’m considering, as I’m passionate about sharing knowledge and mentoring others.”

Outside of academics, Yeboah maintains balance through travel, music and quality time with his fiancée, especially cherishing their moments cooking together. Additionally, while he considers research more of a passion than a hobby, he shares how research is something that keeps him “engaged and motivated.”

Reflecting on his time at SFBU, Yeboah expresses gratitude for the handful of opportunities at the university. With support from the student success team to create the Research and Publications Club, Yeboah emphasizes what leadership means to him: “I’ve learned that leadership is about more than making decisions. It’s about empowering others and making a tangible impact.”

With his academic ambition, leadership skills and dedication to growth, Yeboah is poised for a future of continued success and impact.
