Admissions Process

  • You may view the name and contact information of your enrollment counselor on the homepage of your applicant portal.

  • To know the status of your application, you may view it on your applicant portal, or you may email your assigned enrollment counselor.

  • Your admissions decision letter can be found in your applicant portal. If you are unable to view your decision letter, you may contact your assigned enrollment counselor. 

  • If you would like to defer your admission for a different term, you will need to complete a new application for the term in your applicant portal. Please make sure you have communicated with your enrollment counselor about your decision to defer. 

  • Unfortunately, if you apply even though you do not meet the GPA requirement, your application will be denied. Still, we encourage you to work on GPA repair through community college classes or during your last semester of high school. Once you have repaired your GPA, you are welcome to reapply!

  • SAT/GRE scores are not required for admission. 

MBA and MSBAn Prerequisites:

  • Students lacking college math: Statistics, Business Math, or an Equivalent
  • Business Analytics is recommended, but not required

MSDS and MSCS Prerequisites:

  • Bachelors in Computer or Data Science, Engineering, or another area with sufficient math, science, and/or practical experience
  • Mathematics - Calculus, Linear Algebra, and Statistics/Probability
  • Introduction to Python Programming Language and Programming Logic
  • Data Structures

MSEE Prerequisites:

  • Bachelors in electrical or another field with significant math, engineering, and science
  • Mathematics: Calculus, Linear Algebra, and Statistics/Probability
  • Science: Physics
  • Electrical and Computer Engineering Subjects: C Programming, Python Programming, Circuit Theory, and Logic Design

MS in Business Analytics and MS in Data Science programs are not currently available to international students.

International Students

  • Depending on when you upload or send your financial documents and guarantor letter, if needed, we should be able to verify your documents and submit your file to the DSO that day. You should receive your I-20 within a week.

  • Your scholarship award is not listed on your I-20 because our scholarship is a tuition discount and bears no cash value. 

  • Evidence of English proficiency for non-native English speakers (any one of the following):
    • An official IELTS (Academic) , TOEFL (iBT), TOEFL Essentials, iTEP Academic, PTE Academic, Duolingo, or Cambridge B2 First test score report. Minimum scores are as follows:
    • IELTS (Academic): 5.5
    • TOEFL (iBT): 59
    • TOEFL Essentials: 6.5 band
    • iTEP Academic: 3.7
    • PTE Academic or PTE Academic Online: 50
    • Duolingo: 100
    • Cambridge B2 First: 168
    • An English assessment report from a few U.S. English language institutions recognized by major universities in the U.S.
    • A high school diploma earned or a for-credit English course passed at an institution located in the U.S., U.K., Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or Canada
    • A high school diploma earned at an institution in which the language of instruction is strictly English.

Tuition & Fees

  • Students have to accept their offer of admission in the application portal. Domestic students will then see the tuition deposit link in their application checklist items, while international students will have financial documents and their visa to upload before they can submit their tuition deposit. You may pay your tuition deposit through your applicant portal, or you can pay in person with our Finance department. 

  • The application is free.

  • We do not.

Financial Aid & Scholarships

  • Your scholarship award is not listed on your I-20 because our scholarship is a tuition discount and bears no cash value. 

Transfer Credits & Graduation Requirements

  • Undergraduate students can transfer up to 75 credits. Some Masters programs can transfer up to 9 credits while others can accept up to 12.

  • Not for undergraduate programs unless you are transferring a lot of credits. Our undergraduate program is 120 credits.
