"I wanted to study at SFBU, because the university integrates technology into business plans," he shares. "As a business student, it's crucial to understand how technology drives success, and SFBU is ahead of the curve in that respect." He is particularly passionate about Financial Management, a course that has become his favorite so far. "Learning how businesses manage their finances has been incredibly valuable," Melchizedek says. "It’s not just about numbers; it’s about understanding how financial decisions impact the entire business."
His focus on financial management ties into his broader goal of becoming a successful businessman. "This program is giving me the tools to achieve my goals,” Melchizedek shares. "The professors here really take the time to teach and show interest in their students. It’s not just about lecturing; they genuinely care about your success and make themselves available to help you grow."
Melchizedek is also the creator and captain of SFBU’s first Basketball Club, where he leads a team of around twenty students to practice and play games every Saturday. "It was a challenge to start something from scratch, but it was also an incredibly rewarding experience," he says. "I’m proud to have been part of bringing it to life, and I’m excited to see it grow."
