Dr. Nicole Dillon Goldberg is a scholar-practitioner specializing in organizational change, leadership, and artificial intelligence adoption. She earned her PhD in Organizational Development and Leadership from the University of Arizona, where her research examined leadership strategies for building resilience in AI-driven transformations.
Drawing on extensive leadership experience at Apple and other global firms, Dr. Goldberg integrates research-based insights with real-world applications in her teaching of artificial intelligence, business strategy, marketing, and organizational behavior.
