She is passionate about health, fitness, and recovery, and her current passion project focuses on gym recovery, helping people improve performance, prevent injuries, and prioritize overall well-being. Tatiyana aims to build a career that combines business, wellness, and community impact by creating programs or spaces that support active lifestyles and recovery.
Through her coursework and personal projects, she has a strong leadership, teamwork, and business strategy background. She has played multiple sports and understands the importance of recovery and balance in athletic performance. She’s also skilled at organizing and hosting community events that unite people through fitness, motivation, and shared goals.
In her free time, Tatiyana enjoys working out, playing sports, running, dancing, and staying involved in her community. She also loves helping and inspiring others to live active, healthy lives. Tatiyana hopes to find a mentor who can guide her in merging business with health and wellness, someone with experience in fitness entrepreneurship, community programs, or athletic recovery innovation. She values mentorship that helps her grow as a leader and turn her passion for gym recovery into a meaningful business or initiative.
