Bio

Dr. Mitch Gurick is an Adjunct Faculty member at San Francisco Bay University, teaching Human Resource Management and "How to Design Your Life: A Journey Through Personal Epistemology." He holds a PhD in Global Leadership and Change from Pepperdine University. 

Dr. Gurick also has extensive experience in HR, having spent a decade at Google, with focus on advancing leadership development strategies and fostering a high-performance culture in a global tech environment. Dr. Gurick currently works on the HR staff at OpenAI, fostering a people-centric culture and expanding global people operations. His research interests include cross-sector alliances, corporate ethics, and education. Passionate about teaching, coaching, and community affairs, Dr. Gurick is committed to helping individuals and students reach their full potential.
