San Francisco Bay University is excited to announce a new partnership that will allow Indonesian students to earn a degree through remote learning.
SFBU, together with Quality Assurance Strategic Planning and Institutional Research (QASPIR), an international organization dedicated to transformative learning and professional development, will provide Indonesian students with a streamlined pathway to transfer and earn a U.S. degree remotely beginning in Fall 2025.
“San Francisco Bay University is elated to partner with QASPIR on this important internationalization effort in Indonesia,” said SFBU Provost Brad Fuster. ”Together we have built excellent remote learning experiences for Indonesian students seeking a business or computer science undergraduate degree from the U.S., at an affordable price. I’m excited to welcome students from our Indonesian partner institutions and share the knowledge and Silicon Valley experience of our SFBU faculty.”
The partnership aligns with SFBU’s mission to provide diverse learners with inclusive, innovative, and inspirational education for lifelong personal and professional success. SFBU is committed to eliminating barriers to access, in part by offering online programming, and aims to remove the obstacle of traveling to the U.S. to earn a degree for Indonesian students.
This collaboration promises to enrich the academic and professional journeys of Indonesian students by combining SFBU's forward-thinking educational model with QASPIR's expertise in transformative learning.
“QASPIR is thrilled to partner with SFBU to enhance internationalization for Indonesian universities and their students,” said Stuart Blacklock, CEO of QASPIR International “With SFBU’s vision and commitment to collaboration, we can offer a more diverse curriculum and the opportunity for students to earn a dual degree from a highly respected U.S. university.“
