Dr. Chester He holds a PhD in Computer Engineering and brings over 25 years of industry experience in computer networks and network security, spanning both startup environments and public companies. Known for his strong analytical and problem-solving skills, he also has more than 20 years of teaching experience in computer networking, network security, and network testing.
He is passionate about sharing his knowledge with students and guiding them in designing and building computer network models. Through hands-on projects — such as programming encryption and decryption tools — Mr. Chester ensures students gain practical, real-world experience alongside theoretical knowledge.
