Bio
Dr. Kamala's experience spans over 20 years teaching courses like Data Science, Machine Learning, Big Data Analytics, Data Engineering and Data Visualisation. She earned B.Tech(CSE) from Nagarjuna University and M.Tech(CSE) from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University from India. Her Ph.D work is from University of Hyderabad and awarded from AKNU, India. Her research area is on Redescription Mining Algorithms and now her interests include Deep Learning, LLMs, Vision Transformers and Vision Language Architectures. She has published 16 in reputed Journals on Redescription Mining on different domains, Redescription Mining on Image Analysis and Sentiment Analysis. Ms. Kamala has over 34 talks presented in Seminars/Conferences/FDPs/Workshops/Invited Talks.
She is more passionate about learning and teaching tools paired with advanced technologies. Relevant to the courses she taught, she made the students to get hands-on with AI Studio, Airflow, MongoDB, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Nifi and Nifi Registry, PowerBI, Tableau tools besides core AI development Platforms. Her intention is to make the students familiarise and work on the environments of the concepts that are taught in the Classroom so that the students are confident to work when they step into the market.
