Bio

Shruthi Nadig is a seasoned business administration and human capital management professional with over 15 years of cross-functional experience in the technology, higher education, and non-profit sectors. Her expertise lies at the intersection of organizational development, enterprise HR operations, strategic workforce planning, and equity-centered change management. 

Her prior experience includes partnering with large-scale enterprise functions in IT and service-based industries, where she managed global HR portfolios involving performance management, workforce analytics, talent mobility, and leadership development. She has led multiple high-impact programs targeting attrition reduction, employee engagement, and talent development, while also implementing digital HR tools and metrics dashboards to support strategic decision-making. 

She holds a master’s degree in business administration with concentrations in analytics, employment law, and organizational change. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and SHRM-certified professional (SHRM-CP), a trained mediator, and a mental health first aider. Additionally, she is proficient in various enterprise technologies, including HRIS systems, BI reporting tools, LMS platforms, and collaborative workspaces.
