Ms. Shruthi Nadig is an educator and human resources professional with over 15 years of experience spanning higher education, technology, and nonprofit sectors. She brings deep expertise in organizational development, human resources management, diversity, equity, and inclusion, accessibility, and strategic planning. Her academic interests focus on organizational behavior, human resources management, group dynamics, labor and employment relations, and equity-centered workplace practices.
Ms. Nadig has held teaching and instructional roles at the University of Silicon Valley and the University of New Mexico, where she has taught undergraduate courses in organizational behavior, human resources management, and technology in society, and supported graduate-level instruction in program evaluation and organizational behavior. Her teaching emphasizes applied learning, student mentorship, and inclusive pedagogical practices.
In addition to her academic work, Ms. Nadig currently serves as Senior Human Resources Faculty Specialist at the West Valley–Mission Community College District, where she provides district-wide HR leadership supporting faculty and staff lifecycle processes, policy development, employee relations, onboarding, compensation, professional development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Her professional background also includes HR leadership roles in global technology organizations, where she managed large, distributed workforces and led strategic HR and organizational change initiatives.
