Dr. Tim Loomas is an Adjunct Professor and analytics leader with over 15 years of experience delivering advanced, data-driven analytics solutions and more than a decade of experience leading high-performing analytics teams. He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Dominican University and Saint Mary’s College of California, where he develops and delivers graduate-level coursework in business analytics, data management, data modeling, visualization, and executive analytics. His teaching emphasizes practical application, data literacy, and decision-making using real-world business data.
In addition to his academic roles, Dr. Loomas serves as Director of Information Delivery at the UCSF Foundation, where he leads data and reporting teams responsible for fundraising analytics, data quality, and enterprise reporting. His professional background spans analytics leadership roles at the University of California Office of the President, Sysco LABS, and McKesson, where he managed large-scale analytics initiatives, multimillion-dollar budgets, and cross-functional teams.
