Dr. Hussein is the CEO and founder of the Leadership Development Institute, with extensive expertise in organization design. A distinguished scholar, he is a fellow with the Quarterly Franklin by London Press and a reviewer for several academic journals, including the *Emerald - International Journal of Organizational Analysis* and *Social Responsibility Journal*. Professionally, he is a triple-award-winning judge for the LearningElite Program and a member of the Workforce Group Business Intelligence Board. Dr. Hussein developed the "Community By Design" model and conducts workshops on organizational design. He has also served on the Board of Directors for Mercy-USA and as a Boy Scouts of America commissioner. An advocate for Bay Area wildlife conservation, Dr. Hussein is recognized for his academic achievements, professional innovation, and community service.
