The Data Request Form is now live!

We have developed a data request portal for SFBU staff to streamline the process of requesting data. This tool makes it easier and more efficient for staff to submit requests, while also allowing the Institutional Research office to track progress and fulfill them more effectively.   Please fill out and submit your request using the form below.

IR Data Request Form

What to Expect After You Submit a Request: Once you submit your request through the online form, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away. Our Institutional Research (IR) team will review your request within 2 business days and follow up with next steps. Please note that during certain times of the academic year—such as federal and state reporting periods—our response time may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
