#3 Career Connections Program

For current students who are eager to tap into the expertise and insights from alumni and professionals from a wide range of industries.

As a mentee, what topics will I receive guidance on?

  • Exploring career paths
  • Developing professional skills
  • Building a strong network
  • Gaining insights into the industry
  • Navigating the job search process

You and your mentor will determine how you’d like to connect—whether by email, text, video calls, or in-person meetings.

Time Commitment

We recommend meeting with your mentor at least once a month. The time and format are flexible and up to you and your mentor to decide.

Program Timeline

The formal program runs for about 4 months, no later than May 2026, though you are welcome to continue the relationship informally afterward if both parties wish.

How It Works

1. Matching: Complete a brief survey about your background, industry, and preferences.

2. Personalized Connection: We’ll match you with a mentor based on compatibility and mentorship goals.

3. Connect & Engage: You and your mentor take it from there!

Mentor Eligibility Criteria

Mentors must be industry professionals or San Francisco Bay University alumni.

Mentee Eligibility Criteria

Mentees must be currently enrolled students at San Francisco Bay University who have completed at least 1 year of full-time studies.
